Isaac Evan Shabat is an associate psychotherapist who specializes in supporting adults, seniors, and individuals navigating depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, family conflict, codependency, and behavioral concerns. Guided by a lifelong commitment to serving others, Isaac is passionate about helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and those around them through compassionate, collaborative care.

Isaac earned his master of arts in marriage and family therapy from Touro University. He believes that a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation of meaningful change and strives to create a safe, authentic, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their current challenges.

Isaac utilizes evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based practices, couples counseling, and family therapy. He works collaboratively with clients to develop practical coping skills, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate both everyday stressors and major life transitions.

Outside of work, Isaac enjoys composing music and songs. He believes that no one has to face life’s challenges alone and is committed to helping every client feel seen, heard, and valued throughout their healing journey.
