Dr. Beltran grew up in Long Beach, California, as the daughter of Mexican immigrant parents—an experience that shaped her deep appreciation for how culture influences mental health. She is passionate about providing holistic, culturally attuned care in a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Dr. Beltran completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology and Bilingualism at UC Berkeley. She spent over a decade conducting community health research throughout Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Peru before earning her combined M.D./M.P.H. degrees from the UC Irvine School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine internship at UC Irvine Medical Center and her Psychiatry residency at Loma Linda University Hospital. She has been in practice since 2019.
Dr. Beltran specializes in integrative psychiatry and psychotherapy, combining evidence-based approaches with a focus on whole-body wellness. She is currently completing a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the UC Irvine Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute to further deepen her expertise in the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Her practice is rooted in compassionate, personalized care that honors each individual’s unique values and lived experience.
