Edzell Francyn S. Bautista serves as an Enrollment and Patient Care Specialist at Pacific Mind Health, where she helps guide patients through the enrollment process and supports them as they begin their care journey. Drawing on her own skills and life experience, Edzell is dedicated to helping patients navigate serious challenges with compassion and care, ensuring they feel supported from their very first interaction with the practice.

Edzell completed her secondary education at Baliuag University.

Outside of work, Edzell recharges by spending time outdoors. Whether she’s camping, relaxing at the beach, or taking a spontaneous road trip, getting outside helps her clear her mind — and it’s this same sense of calm and groundedness that she brings to her work with patients.
