Pacific Mind Health offers live continuing education trainings for social workers and behavioral health professionals. Our courses are designed to provide practical, clinically relevant tools that can be applied in outpatient mental health practice.

Pacific Mind Health is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education through the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. ACE Provider Approval Number: 2141 ACE Provider Approval Period: 08/06/2026 – 08/06/2027

All live CE trainings are currently offered by synchronous distance learning unless otherwise noted. Participants must attend the full live course, participate as required, complete the course evaluation, and provide license information in order to receive a CE certificate.

Course Completion Requirements

To receive CE credit, participants must:

  • Attend the full live course
  • Use their registered name when joining the course platform
  • Participate in required interactive components
  • Complete the course evaluation
  • Provide accurate license or registration information for certificate documentation

Partial credit is not available unless specifically stated in the individual course listing.

Certificate Issuance

CE certificates are issued by email after Pacific Mind Health verifies full attendance, required participation, evaluation completion, and license information.

Certificates are typically emailed within 48 hours after course completion.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Many Pacific Mind Health CE courses are offered free of charge. If a course has a fee, the fee and refund policy will be listed in the individual course description before registration.

Pacific Mind Health reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low registration, instructor illness, technology disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Recording Notice

Some live trainings may be recorded for educational, quality assurance, internal training, or future course development purposes. Participants should not disclose client names, protected health information, or identifying clinical details during discussion, chat, or Q&A.
