Cristina Lee-Castro is an associate clinical social worker who is passionate about enhancing healing from a judgment-free and comforting lens. She specializes in anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and eating disorders.

Cristina earned her master’s degree in social work (MSW) and a bachelor’s degree in human development from California State University, Long Beach. She has experience supporting individuals and communities across ages, abilities, genders, races, and ethnicities and has worked in diverse settings, including schools, community mental health centers, and private practice. Together, she has provided care for a wide range of mental health, substance use, and eating disorders.

Cristina aims to create a space of warmth, understanding, and compassion with each visit. She firmly believes that healing is a collaborative process and each individual should have a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their goals and aspirations. Within her practice, Cristina uses tools such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), flash technique for trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, exposure therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Beyond her qualifications, Cristina’s most remarkable asset lies in her unwavering dedication to her patients’ well-being.
