Arlin Villa

Arlin Villa is the Director of Operations at Pacific Mind Health, where she brings a strong background in healthcare management and organizational leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and her Master of Public Health for the Health Professional from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also a Certified Change Management Practitioner through the Prosci Change Management Certification Program.

Arlin began her career in mental health by chance, overseeing operations for more than 40 clinics across California. Through that experience, she witnessed the life-changing impact of accessible, high-quality mental health care—a realization that continues to drive her work today. At Pacific Mind Health, Arlin is passionate about supporting both patients and staff by ensuring that the operational side of care runs seamlessly.

She is fluent in Spanish and is deeply committed to advancing systems that make compassionate, innovative care available to all.

Matt Penticuff

Matt Penticuff brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare operations and strategy to his role as Director of Finance and Analytics at Pacific Mind Health. He oversees billing, financial operations, and payroll while helping guide the practice’s strategic growth and performance.

Matt began his career in rural home health, community mental health, and addiction services, gaining hands-on experience opening and operating medical clinics. He holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and Entrepreneurship and is passionate about expanding access to innovative mental health and geriatric care.

Kim Cross is the Vice President of Marketing at Pacific Mind Health, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations and marketing. Before joining Pacific Mind Health in 2025, Kim held leadership roles at VSP, DaVita, and Mindpath Health, driving strategic growth and brand development. Passionate about mental health, she is inspired by the people in this space—individuals dedicated to self-improvement, growth, and making a meaningful impact.

Trinh N. Trinh

Trinh N. Trinh brings over 20 years of experience in the behavioral and mental health field, with a strong commitment to connecting individuals and families with the care and resources they need. In her role at Pacific Mind Health, she supports clinic operations and community partnerships to help ensure accessible, high-quality mental health services across our regions.

Trinh is deeply motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on those navigating emotional or behavioral challenges. Her work is driven by compassion, purpose, and a dedication to building strong systems of support for patients and their loved ones.

Outside of work, Trinh enjoys traveling, trying new experiences, and going on walks with her dog. She speaks Vietnamese moderately well and has basic communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin. She is currently studying Japanese and has a personal goal of learning a new language each year.

Caroline is our TMS Department Coordinator with special focus on marketing and patient-centered care.  Caroline holds her Master’s of Public Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Cal State University Northridge and has held various leadership positions across settings.  She also has her Bachelor’s in Public Health from Cal State University Los Angeles.  She has a history of marketing and social media experience and has worked as a fundraiser for Greenpeace in Norway.

Marika has 10 years of experience working in administrative healthcare with an emphasis on handling insurances and also billing/collections. At Pacific Mind Health she oversees TMS authorizations, including appeals with insurance companies. She also assists with insurance inquiries, including checking all verifications for accuracy, informing patients of their coverage, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. On a personal note, she is  a hard-working mommy to a beautiful little girl who inspires her to be the best that she can be.

Nella has 6 years of experience working in administration healthcare both in the non-profit and private practice sector. Beginning in a clinical setting adhering to narrative and numerical reporting for all programs. Overseeing the Behavioral Health Department at her previous clinic brought her to find her passion and calling in mental health. At Pacific Mind Health she oversees all departments and staff, giving exceptional care and assistance for any needs. Her empathetic approach gives a personal experience, with heartwarming care and attentive attention.

Rex is our certified TMS technician and he is compassionate, non-judgmental, and easy to communicate with. He attended University of California, San Diego and obtained his degree in Environmental Engineering. He is certified in rTMS and Theta Burst Deep Brain Stimulation. Through his training and work, Rex learned that his passion is working with people and helping individuals achieve their goals and dreams and relieve mental anguish and depression. His areas of focus include motivation, goal setting, making difficult decisions, and breaking through barriers.

She assists in the New Client Department where she answers general inquiries about our office, assists with administrative tasks, and helps patients connect with the right providers who best fit their needs.

Brianna Becker works at Pacific Mind Health as an Administrative Support Staff team member. She assists with many office tasks, including completing TMS enrollment forms for new patients, appointment reminders, and answering general patient inquiries. Brianna is currently a second year student at Lake Erie College of Medicine (LECOM) where she is pursuing her degree in osteopathic medicine.

With four years of experience in mental health care, she specializes in innovative treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (Esketamine). Additionally, she has a strong background in patient care coordination and training. Maritza is dedicated to enhancing patient well-being and improving their overall mental health.

Alyssa Yslas holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and brings a well-rounded background in mental health and patient care. She has hands-on experience supporting individuals through TMS, Esketamine, and IV Ketamine treatments, along with a foundation in hospice care that reflects her deeply compassionate approach.

Alyssa is passionate about creating a supportive and understanding environment for every patient she works with. She is currently planning to continue her education in Radiology, building on her commitment to growth and excellence in the healthcare field.

Riley Gatto is honored to be a part of your care team at Pacific Mind Health! She is an alumni of City University of New York’s Baccalaureate for Unique and Interdisciplinary Studies program, where she self-designed her B.A. in the Psychology of Intimacy. Her areas of interest include health psychology, interpersonal communication, and empathetic patient navigation. She holds certification in Adult Mental Health First Aid, Multimedia Makeup Design, and is a licensed cosmetologist.

Amina Hertzog is a Ketamine Care Coordinator and Technician at Pacific Mind Health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California and is passionate about advancing the field of psychiatry and mental healthcare. Amina is dedicated to making mental healthcare accessible and is especially interested in innovative treatments such as psychedelic therapy and advanced neuromodulation. Her goal is to support patients with compassion while contributing to the evolution of mental health treatment. Outside of work, Amina enjoys spending time with her two beloved cats and is always happy to share pictures of them. She is also fluent in Mongolian, which she grew up speaking at home.

Jennifer Gonzalez is a Patient Services Coordinator at Pacific Mind Health. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.

Jennifer has always been passionate about helping others improve their quality of life, particularly when it comes to mental and emotional well-being. With a background in Human Development, Psychology, and hands-on experience in the mental health field, she brings empathy, understanding, and dedication to her role. Jennifer was drawn to Pacific Mind Health’s commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care and enjoys being part of a team that supports individuals on their mental health journey.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. She has completed two half marathons, loves playing tennis, and often goes hiking. Caring for both her mental and physical health is important to her, and spending time in nature is one of her favorite ways to recharge. Jennifer is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Chris’s passion for mental health care began through his spouse, a licensed clinician, and quickly grew into a meaningful career. He finds deep fulfillment in supporting organizations that provide life-changing care and is proud to help bring talented, dedicated professionals to Pacific Mind Health.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys coaching baseball, bowling competitively, spending time with his family, BBQing, and relaxing by the pool.

Dinara is a graduate from De La Salle University – Dasmarinas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations Management Major in Service Management. She has expertise in dealing with different insurance policies. She is our go-to person about insurance coverage and discrepancies. She handles claim resubmissions, referrals and informs the patients benefit through emails and calls for their amount due for each visit. She assists with office inquiries, including ASAP verifications, and other administrative needs if need be. She ensures that patients receive the care they need while minimizing the financial burden in both the patient and healthcare provider.
