Learn more about our treatments:

TMS is a non-invasive procedure used to treat major depression in patients who have not found relief from other treatments. TMS delivers magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive nerve cells in the parts of the brain that control mood. Approved by the FDA, this out-patient procedure does not require surgery or significant down time to recover.
Also known as esketamine, Spravato® is used to provide rapid and long-lasting relief from treatment-resistant symptoms of depression. It is based on ketamine, an anesthetic that can lead to a diminished or absent sense of pain. Self-administered with a nasal spray, patients are monitored by a mental health professional at regular intervals.
Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder is characterized as a persistent pattern of inattention, hyperactivity, or impulsiveness that significantly interferes with a person’s ability to function. Pacific Mind Health uses a TOVA assessment test and psychiatric evaluation to evaluate and diagnose ADHD. Treatment plans can include medication, therapy, and other interventions.
Psychiatry is a medical speciality focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing disorders related to mood and behavior. Psychiatrists are trained medical doctors who can prescribe medication and treatments such as TMS to treat a wide range of conditions. They use psychiatric assessments to develop personalized health plans for each patient and may suggest other treatments, such as therapy.
Also known as psychotherapy or talk therapy, therapy helps patients work through life challenges, recognize unhealthy thoughts or behaviors, and make changes to improve their lives. Pacific Mind Health offers many modalities of therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, grief counseling, and couples therapy.
This form of medical testing examines your unique DNA to understand how you might react to certain medications. A simple saliva test, cheek swab, or blood sample can provide valuable information to prevent potential adverse side effects when trying new medications.
