Gracen Reed, ACSW

Associate Clinical Social Worker

Gracen Reed is an associate clinical social worker who specializes in addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She practices through a psychosocial and ecological systems framework, recognizing that a person’s environment and life circumstances deeply shape their experiences.

Previously, Gracen served as a clinician for the LA County correctional system (Felony Incompetent to Stand Trial program), a therapist at Homeless HealthCare Los Angeles, and a mental health technician at Psyclarity Health. She is also a registered alcohol and drug technician and holds active basic life support and advanced cardiac life support certifications.

Gracen has worked with diverse populations, addressing concerns such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anger management, substance use, grief, and behavioral disorders. She has experience in crisis intervention, facilitating group therapy, implementing psychological interventions, coordinating community resources, and ensuring detailed documentation for continuity of care.

Gracen is passionate about creating a supportive, non-judgmental, and client-centered space, where individuals feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. She is committed to helping clients identify their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and achieve meaningful change.
