She holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and earned her undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Channel Islands.

Gracen has experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including PTSD, grief, anger management, substance use, and behavioral concerns. Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is currently expanding her clinical expertise through advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

With a background in both individual and group therapy, Gracen has worked with diverse populations across various care settings, including as a clinician with LA County’s Felony Incompetent to Stand Trial program, a therapist with Homeless HealthCare Los Angeles, and a mental health technician at Psyclarity Health. Her care is grounded in a psychosocial and ecological systems perspective, always considering how environment, identity, and life circumstances shape a person’s mental health.

Gracen is deeply committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of meaningful growth. She approaches each session with empathy, professionalism, and a strong belief in the healing power of human connection.
