Kristin Andersson is an associate marriage and family therapist who specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and culturally responsive care. Kristen views her role as someone to walk alongside her patients as they reconnect with a sense of clarity and strength.
Kristen works with individuals, couples, and families and has a special interest in helping patients navigate relationship challenges, family dynamics, and major life transitions. Kristen is especially passionate about supporting young women exploring identity, purpose, and direction.
Her approach is rooted in narrative therapy. Kristin also draws from evidence-based practices and her training in assessment and treatment planning to offer thoughtful, individualized care. She is experienced in working with diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, and is committed to creating a collaborative, affirming space built on trust and respect.
Kristen earned her master’s in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
