Kassie Goodman

Clinical Psychotherapy Intern

Kassie Goodman is a marriage and family therapist in training and a graduate student at Northwestern University. She specializes in working with family systems, including families navigating co-parenting challenges, as well as individuals impacted by substance use and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Kassie practices through an integrative systemic therapy lens and solution-focused, collaborative approach to help patients identify strengths, clarify goals, and create meaningful change. Additionally, she incorporates parts-based work to support greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and compassion toward internal experiences.

Kassie earned her bachelor’s degree in film and television production from the University of Southern California. She spent nearly a decade working as a creative executive before transitioning into the field of psychotherapy.

Kassie strives to create a warm, grounded therapeutic space where patients feel supported in understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and moving forward with intention.

Outside of work, Kassie enjoys spending time with her husband, her two children, and their labradoodle.
