Rachael Crawford, PA-C

Psychiatric Physician Assistant

Rachael Crawford is a board-certificed physician assistant specializing in treating depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She often incorporates mindfulness-based strategies into her care.

Rachael was drawn to mental health early in her career after seeing how deeply it impacts every part of a person’s life: relationships, physical health, work, and overall well-being. Her ultimate goal is to help patients move beyond managing symptoms to building confidence, resilience, and a better quality of life.

Rachael earned her master’s of medical science in physician assistant studies from Marshall B. Ketchum University and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in exercise science from Utah Valley University.

She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, where she has witnessed how the right support, whether through therapy, lifestyle, interventions, or medication, can transform lives. These experiences inspired her to dedicate her career to helping patients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys staying active through regular workouts, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She values balance and growth in her own life, and she brings that perspective to the patients she works with, encouraging them to pursue not just healing, but a fulfilling and meaningful life.
