Rimisha Lal is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports individuals on their path to emotional well-being. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Psychiatric/Mental Health and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
Rimisha holds active Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses in California and Washington, maintains DEA registration, and is certified in Basic Life Support and Youth Mental Health First Aid. She has experience working with adults, adolescents, older adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, offering culturally sensitive and patient-centered care tailored to each person’s unique needs.
She was inspired to pursue a career in mental health after witnessing how access to compassionate, effective treatment can transform lives. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for resilience and growth. Drawn to Pacific Mind Health’s integrative and innovative approach to care, Rimisha is passionate about helping her patients find balance, healing, and empowerment.
Outside of her clinical work, Rimisha enjoys spending time with her dogs, practicing yoga and Pilates, painting, and arranging floral bouquets—creative outlets that bring her calm, joy, and mindfulness, which she strives to share with her patients.
