Karin Ogata is the regional operations manager at Pacific Mind Health. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations, she joined our organization to help make mental healthcare more accessible and seamless for patients. She is driven by the belief that a well-supported team leads to healthier, happier communities, and she enjoys being a behind-the-scenes force in making that possible.

Outside of work, Karin is an active member in her community, whether she is out on the water rowing with Capital Crew Masters or volunteering her time with local organizations. Her pup, Bella, is a huge part of her life and a constant companion. She keeps Karin grounded and serves as a daily reminder of the importance of the human-animal bond.
