Alana Madura is a ketamine, Spravato®, and TMS technician and patient care coordinator. She strives to create a welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. Alana has a longstanding passion for mental health advocacy and is dedicated to providing compassionate, informed support to patients throughout their treatment journey.  

Alana earned her bachelor of science in psychology with a minor in biology from Boston University. She brings a strong background in neuroscience research, patient care, and customer service. 

Outside of work, Alana enjoys watching movies, exploring different cuisines, and painting at the beach with friends.
