Izzy Visto is a medical secretary at Pacific Mind Health. Her background in psychology gave her a deep understanding of how emotional well-being shapes overall health. That connection inspired her to pursue a career in mental health care.Izzy aligns closely with Pacific Mind Health’s commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care. She is motivated by the opportunity to support both providers and patients by ensuring smooth operations and a positive, seamless care experience.

Izzy earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of San Carlos and then completed two and a half years of study in physical therapy at Velez College. She further strengthened her expertise through specialized training in general and medical virtual assistance, along with coursework in medical billing and HIPAA privacy.

Outside of work, Izzy enjoys reading and spending time in coffee shops, whether with friends or on her own. These moments help her recharge and bring a sense of balance to her day-to-day life.
