Hazel earned her degree in computer science and had nearly 10 years of experience in the business process outsourcing industry before transitioning to healthcare. 

Outside of work, Hazel enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and creating lifestyle content. These interests help her remain attentive, patient, and empathetic.
